    為什麼不快樂　　　　　　　　　　是不是因為沒有敞開心胸接納自己？

    看遊走在牆上的貓咪　　　　　或是飛舞在花叢中的蝴蝶　　牠們是多麼的優遊自在

    一隻黑貓不會羨慕白貓的顏色　一枚木葉蝶也不會希望自己成為鳳尾蝶

    若是不喜歡自己的樣子　　　就會產生對於自我的抗拒　　但是　　　　　　　　　　　當一個人以自己為戰鬥對象時一定對自己充滿了敵意　　　怎麼快樂起來呢？
